Ka-Chow

Building upon the success of the Apex, we’ve reimagined the mid-length kayak for enhanced speed, manoeuvrability, and performance. With a focus on usability, we’ve made it more welcoming for novice paddlers venturing into surf kayaking.

Featuring a shorter nose with increased rocker for forgiving steep drops, coupled with a hull design featuring a gentle roll transitioning to a double concave to V hull design, the Ka-Chow ensures swift rail-to-rail transitions, lightening fast speed, and forgiving surfing.

Ideal for paddlers up to 87kg (approximately), the Ka-Chow measures 265cm in length and 61cm in width, offering stability and control on steeper waves with its pin tail design and thruster fin setup.

Hand crafted design in collaboration with Jem Howe, the Ka-Chow sets a new standard in surf kayak design, blending performance with accessibility for all levels of paddlers.
